I don't actively snitch out, but if anyones wrong doings affect my quality of life then yes, they get thrown under the bus. In this life there is only one person I put in front of me and that is my wife. Other than that I believe in ME MYSELF and I. Why should I allow the actions of someone else taint my integrity and character. Even if it is just a "shitty job".

as for drug dealing and stealing..i dont condone the act. what i do support is people doing what it takes to get by and support people that depend on them. i support the people not the action and thats the distinction that i feel your missing.

I'm sorry, but I DO think that your age likely has something to do with it... let's face it, as we get older, our views on the world change, as our experiences mold us and we develop more responsibility and have families that depend on us.

Come on, now, we're not talking about someone who is stealing food to feed their family... we're talking about (most likely) a kid working in grocery store stealing beer. Hardly a staple like baby formula. And a drug dealer... for me, there's no excuse for selling drugs, and in this country there's seldom any excuse for stealing. Certainly you haven't shown me anything that would sway my opinion.

And please don't try to give me this crap about not snitching in school, being a tattletale. That is part of the reason we don't allow children to vote, drive, drink, etc. Because they're not old enough to discern the difference between telling the teacher than Jenny pulled her hair or that Little Johnny smashed a grasshopper, and knowing when to step up and do the right thing because someone's stealing another person's property, or selling illegal substances on the streetcorner that could very well end up costing someone their life that night. That's why we GO to school for so long, not just to get the 'book-larnin', but also to learn how society interacts, and what's considered appropriate behavior. Stealing and drug-dealing aren't.

You can bury your head in the sand all you want, claiming that your 'honor' or reputation is at stake if you snitch on someone... but we both know the actions are wrong, and that you're making the conscious decision to ignore it if it doesn't affect you. What would happen if you came out tomorrow morning and found your car window shattered and your valuable stereo system gone? From your sig, it looks like you've got several thousand in equipment there... I'll bet if it all got ripped off, you'd be through the roof wanting to know who did it. And then when you found out your neighbor was sitting on the porch the whole time watching someone jack your shit, but not only didn't stop it, or call you, but now also steadfastly refuses to 'snitch' on someone, how would you feel about that?

You really don't have to answer that... we all know the truth.

So i got fired today from the grocery store i worked at...owners said i was stealing beer even though they have no camera evidence, no physical evidence, no reliable source to prove it. they said me and this kid Josh were stealing it together even though ive worked 2 shifts with the guy. i pointed all these things out and he said it doesnt matter. lol...*****es

and actually the kid who was stealing beer wasnt me. not to say i dont know who it was but im not gonna tell them just to get my job back.
but its sooo easy to take beer. thers the stock room..and then the door to the garbages. no cameras at all. load beer into garbage can and wheel it outside. come back at night and take it home..

i was planning on quitting before the month is over but i was hoping to have a job before i quit. anyways ive got an interview on saturday so ill have a very short term unemployment
