So i got fired today from the grocery store i worked at...owners said i was stealing beer even though they have no camera evidence, no physical evidence, no reliable source to prove it. they said me and this kid Josh were stealing it together even though ive worked 2 shifts with the guy. i pointed all these things out and he said it doesnt matter. lol...*****es

no he can't. he lives in an "at will" state. they can fire for any reason or no reason at all.

I don't know how it is in his state, but in SC, you sign papers acknowledging that your employer can fire you for any reason at any time and that you can quit for any reason at any time.
