wow, Another case of surround rot. File a claim.

JL doesnt sell recone kits, but may repair it for a flat rate of like 200, so its not worth it.

Also those subs are not worth repairing either. Not a high value sub to begin with.

Sorry to say, but yea you got ripped.

So file claim and hope for the best. Also I woudnt waste the money to send them back either, PP may want a tracking number for you to get the $$ back, So just send a postcard or something just to get a tracking number.
