1) you could call paypal

2) take a lost,

3) post a pic of the subs so we can try & help you fix them.

4) you might have to buy another sub, but try from a internet company like audioque,soundsolutionsaudio.com,RE audio

you can call jl audio,i dont know if they have a recone kit for that sub.

do you have any funds left to buy another sub???

if so look into audioque, they make good subs with a good warranty, plus if you burn out the voice coil,burn the tinsel leads, or mess up the surround like those jl, the have a recone kit.
