I bought it from this forum, just search the classifieds for the name. The ups guy just threw it on the front porch too. I tried it free air and both of the coils still work.

in all honesty, for how horribly that was packaged, it arrived in pretty good condition.... lol

Shipper should be responsible for properly packaging their merchandise IMO.

I'm actually surprised UPS shipped it. They can decline to ship based on packing. If it's doomed to be damaged, they can be accused of mishandling, right?

NO, That is not even in the realm of your fault.

The seller should have known better and packed it with real packing material.

As for the UPS guy tossing on the porch you can file a complaint, Not sure what good it would do but it would be a mark agenst him.
