how can he. his barking wasn't illegal and i never heard him bark once. my neighbor was a bit of a cry baby. landlord wasn't going to toss me either, nothing they could do about it. wasn't excessive, it was separation anxiety for the first month or so!

dog does not currently bark constantly. only when we first moved in here. and if my last neighbor had a job then he wouldn't have had to listen to my dog bark because he would have been at work and not collecting a check every month

i bet if he had a pet to stay home with all day long it wouldn't bark
