i don't want my dog to stop barking, it isn't a problem. if this guy keeps tapping on my window looking for his imaginary brother and friends, im going to encourage my dog to bark all day to piss this guy off enough to move the hell out!

dog does not currently bark constantly. only when we first moved in here. and if my last neighbor had a job then he wouldn't have had to listen to my dog bark because he would have been at work and not collecting a check every month
