Here in Texas you have to have an OSHA forklift safty coarse and certification IIRC. I think it may be nation wide...

i got a new job this week. pays 4/hr more than what i made at my last job and its 10x easier, i just sit around in an office and place orders in the system and talk to some customers on the phone when they call.

Im nevous and Xcited all in the same. i start in about an hour. im driving a hi-lo (material Handler) is my title. starts out as 9.25 union too. im just nervous as hellllll.

I hate when people call it a hi lo. Forklift or lift truck, but Hi Lo is retarded. What industry are you a material handler for?

When I was a forklift operator for Carl Buddig we were in the teamsters, so while you may be right your reasoning isn't so absolute.
