I mean I dont want to hate on the kids dog, but IMO they are just so ugly, not so ugly they are cute either. Just IMO and sorry if people take it that way.

My friend has 3 of them and every one of them is dumb as bag of rocks! Yeah, they are fun to play with, have to admit to that, but my god are the dumb.
My Boxer > BigBangTheory

Boxers are the most Loveable Dogs. They kind of just grow on you with the way they act and play. They are almost human and very smart. They are TOTALLY into their people! We put ours through obedience school and I would say he was in the top or second spot in every class which was 10 Dogs including Labs, Germans, Jack Russells, etc... In most of the classes a Bichon edged our Boxer but Her handler had more time to spend working on things than we had and it was more natural to that breed. I actually look forward every single day to coming home to see him and do some roughhouse playing with him.

yea i always roughouse with my boxer too

my little brother randomly hits him and he just takes it. my friend has a huge *** newfoundland and they always wrestle since puppies. maybe thats why my boxer is so big

wat do u mean how is the hips?

never had problem with them?

my boxers pedigree was full of champions but that didnt matter much to me.

still dont like boxers sorry. i prefer a dog that is willing to jus sit there and chill w/ me and doesnt need constant attention
Well you are absolutely right then. A boxer is not for you. Every breed is not for everybody. Too many people select a dog on a whim without really giving any thought whatsoever as to whether that breed suits them or not. And then that dog ends up tied up outside or in a shelter.

(Nonetheless, my dog is going to bite you right in the ***.)
