Got a new battery, which is the safest way to wire?

Got 'Roids?
I just got a Stinger SPV44,

I know to wire the batts in parallel, but what I'm not sure is if I need to run a dedicated ground between the two batts, or if I can ground them both to the frame. Heres a MSPaint rendering of what I mean. Anyone chime in if I'm wrong!

Would I need a relay/isolator?

you can ground them both to the frame. If you seem to be getting voltage drop then I would run a ground from battery to battery. You only need an isolator if you plan to play music when the car is off for lengthy time periods.

Ok. So I wouldn't need that long (-) run then? Just ground both (-) to the frame?

I wanna make sure I got it right, don't wanna mess anything up.

I mean it wouldn't hurt to go all the way from battery to battery but it most likely isn't necessary. If you hook up both batteries and are getting voltage drop at the rear battery without any equipment running, then you will probably want to go from battery to battery.

Alright. Thanks for the quick replies, I appreciate it!!!

Got the batt in earlier, does a steady 14.7-14.8 volts with car on and rests at 12.7 with car off. With the stock batt it was doing 13.8 volts on and 12.3 resting. A good improvement, no more light dimming, and my car starts up a little better. Thanks for all your help guys!!!
