Is it likely they are going to do a reference check during the interview?

Put powdered sugar on the tip of your nose and around the top part of your mouth and tell her you need the money to buy crack. Throughout the interview scratch your arms violently along with your neck/throat region. Oh, and don't forget to put a little lemmon juice in your eyes to get them red and wattery. This method always works for me.

With this passion, I have been able to figure out how the equipment works and I will be able to explain to someone with lesser knowledge how the equipment will benefit them. Why don't you just put that on a notecard and read it to her? You need sound natural. Don't go into the interview with what you already want to say because you may not ever get the chance to say it, and you'll just start getting nervous trying to remember lines. My advice, dress nice, be courteous, greet them kindly, smile initially (a must), and don't speak too softly. Sound confident. Talk all off improv.

Take your time whne answering questions (but no too long). Think through your response before blurting something out. Do a search and you can find common interview questions so you know what to expect. Practice answering them infront of a mirror or with someone you know.

The most important thing is confidence. Trust in what you know and that you know it well.

References actually do help. My interview sucked ***, the guy interviewing me kept asking me all these god aweful scenario based questions. I remember one was, "How would you respond to two african americans robbing the store gun point?" I started smiling thinking how rediculous that picture would look and why they had to be african american. I was thinking "is this guy a racist?". I simply said stay calm and do what the men request.

Take a bottle of water in with you. Getting nervous tends to give you that cottonmouth feeling. Just grab a cheapo 20 ouncer at the gas station.

Just be your self, and if you dont the job then its obviously not what you were ment to be. Tell the truth and dont lie cause if you lie and are called out on it later you will look like an ***.

If you can sell, you can work anywhere.

Oh snap, this just popped in my head. The piss test, should I be of concern, should I drink lots of water. Any advice here?

The fact that they called you right after the day you applied may suggest that they are almost desparate.

Sell yourself like a car salesman would try to sell you a car, but their is a fine line between confidence and cockiness.

Act like this is no big deal, so there is no need to make it one.

NO. No. No, no, no, no, and no. Stay away from poppyseed muffins though. And if you have smoked weed in the past ~3 weeks, go buy yourself some ready clean or similar detoxifying drink. If not, then worry not.
