Got a freebie at work today...

Well, today I went into work to build a customer a custom stand for his 42" Sony LCD, and noticed an old school MTX Blue Thunder 10" woofer sitting on the counter. I ask where this came from, and was told that it was blown up and the customer asked us to chuck it for him. I grabbed it, tested the coils, seem fine. Hooked it up to a battery, worked fine. When I used to install for a living it was always nice to get stuff like that. I was givin allot of decks, speakers ect.. when people were upgrading. Most were chicks, I would ask them what they wanted to do with there old equipment and they would just say "keep it, I have no use for it" Good find! I actually used to like those old school woofs
