going 65 and it was posted 65 but the guy in front of my slowed down to 60 and i slowed down as well. And traffic slowed down because of highway patrol guy was in the right lane going less then the speed limit. so I was in the left lane of the highway and the cop said he measured me by his OBS stop watch and said i was going less then a sec behind the car. and this is 11pm at NIGHT!!!

and he got me for failure to yield to the right. which i didt know you had to do. thought if you where in the left land on the high way and the lights flipped on you where suppose to yield left?

I think i have no chance of fighting it unless I talk to a lawyer and pay more then what the ticket cost so i dunno. court date is 4-20-07 have to be there by 9am.!!!

here's an idea, dont break the law and you wont get a ticket. obviously you were not paying enough attention or were to close to begin with if the guy in front of you slows down and then you are on his ***.
