What do you have to power these subs? do you have the tools to make your own box? what kind of car is this going in? do you need trunk space? give us more details. I have a feeling a setup recomended by 4000 people is a xxx with a bx1500d.

i havent got an amp yet but i have about 350 to spend on one.i dont have the toold to make a box.its going into a civic and i dont need the trunk space.thanks alot guys

You can get several subs for that price. Some more for SQ and other for SPL and some with a good mix. These guys can set ya straight if you tell em how you like your musci etc.

Dual IA LI's would be sick!!!!!! Both 12 and 15's would put you under budget or right on. Take a look at them...

If you just want loud, for about $600, you should look at the L5's and L7's. That is their specialty.

FWIW, almost everyone Ive known that started as 'I just want it loud' grew tired of their system and moved up to more of a SQ oriented system before long.

With some of todays new drivers like the Brahma, XXX and W7, you can have your cake and eat it too. A pair of any of those would break your budget though.

Get 1 dd9515 and port the hell out of it. You can give it like 6-7 cubes if you dont want trunk space in a civic. I have the model right below it and it slams.
