Finals is a show like any other show...I have to many expenses and things to do than go 15hours away to a show...If they are within 5 hours and big enough I try to make them I have attended single points shows over 3 hours away...I go for the fun because its a hobby Mr TommyK...That why I change my setup up consistently...because if I know what one thing can do I'm ready to try something new....

World finals is NOT just like any other show. The LOUDEST people in all the classes show up, save for you of course. What a coincidence. You always talk about having the highest scores or the best equipment or whatever, but it looks like you're afraid to get your *** handed to you by the REAL competitors in your class, not the people with 2 sealed 10's and 500 watts that get put into your class at local shows.

My one 10" streetbeated almost as loud as your 4 8's, with 1/4 the power. Not in a CRX and not playing a low 50 hz test tone masked as a song.

Those are the best kind.....I mean I know it takes skill to build the ones that do SPL burps...and getting them loud envolves lots of work and know how....but my personal beleif its a big waste of equipment if you can't enjoy it daily .....When I first started SPL ...I set a world record within my first 5 shows...no one ever beat my record with a legit system....though it was very beatable....but it was built for SPL and sounded like crap...If shows would've stayed that way I would've quit them all together...It wasn't really for me...but street beat is where its at...playing good low loud bass...but their are still ignorant people out there that want to take that away as well by building higher tuned boxes that arn't good but for playing garbage sound...and you won't see them demoing their rides at shows for people either....

Who's definition of "legitimate system" are you using? I'm going to bet that it's yours.

Why drive 15 hours to pwn someone...I was way louder in SB1 and SB2 than anyone at finals.......To be perfectly honest my CRX has the original motor with over 200,000 miles on it...no heater and I doubt it would make a 15 hour drive...plus with the suspension and 16's it would be rough as hell and uncomfortable to drive that far.........I do have cold ac and don't mind driving up to 5 hours or so from here occasionally in it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

See, thats your problem right there. You talk a big game but don't want to drive to prove it to everyone. If you're sooooo much louder than everyone else then it would be no problem for you to drive up there and "pwn" everyone.

My truck has 310k on the ****** and rearend, no a/c, lowered with crappy suspension travel and yet I drive to shows within 3 hours and 8 hours to finals.
