Good Or Bad for a SS6500?

Is it good to run a soundstream 6500 below 1 ohm or seen it been run that low? i plan to run it at about 0.6 to 0.8.

YOU MUST HAVE THE ELECTRICAL TO BACK THEM UP!!! I mean multiple batts and make sure your voltage stays above 14 or is steady!!!!!

They are current hogs... blew one up @ .75 ohms with 3 batts and a 300 amp alt a while ago...

sorry forgot to mention, i deffinatly am gaonna have more than whats on my sig, probably 5 to 6 yellows so ill have the back up for it, not gonna run it at 16 v thanks though

im not going to bash optima to bad but

i doubt 5 or 6 yellow tops would do much for it

yeah they need way more current than that...it will **** those dry like a juice pack on a hot summers day.....

ive seen two yellow tops run that amp with no problem, im just wondering if it will be fine under 1 ohm?

I ran my 6500 @.5 ohm's on music with 3 g31 yellow tops no problems.
