Heroes are remembered, but legends never die
My friend has 5 1/2 runs(15ft each full run & 7ft on the 1/2 run) of Install bay 1/0 wire that he had installed in his truck for about 2.5 months. Hes taking it out for personal reasons. He said e would sell all of it to me for $20. its roughly $80ft for $20. i was going to take the wire and run multi runs front to back until i run out of it..... Good or Bad deal?

Depends what it goes for new and how bad you need/want it, personally it's 20 bucks I spend more at starbucks in two days so yea I would buy it.

the cheapest i seen the wire was $55 for 50ft

Since it's CCA and not quite a true 1/0, I wouldn't buy it since I wouldn't want to use it. But if you do want to use it, that is a great deal.
yea i know its not true 1/0. but i mean just thinking. running multi runs of say 1ga or 2 gauge will help some. i know for surer sure its atleat 2ga. i have some 2ga and its slightly bigger then the 2ga almost to at a 1ga

that install bay wire is garbage..it has a huge jacket barely enough wire for 4 gauge
hm idk what wire you seen but i kno for sure its bigger then a 4ga. but i kno its not a true 1/0. im not comparing it to knu or nothing because those are actually way over sized 1/0's.

I get it, if you don't mind using Aluminum wire, go for it, you should be able to get around 400A through 2 runs.

i shouldnt need more then that. my alts only 240 amps anyway. idk if that really even matters who

the install bay stuff i saw was the same size as my kicker hyperflex 4 gauge ..bout the same size as audio technix or knu 4ga
exactly. im not comparing the install bay to the ""OVER SIZED"" companys. KNU-4g is not true 4. its WAY bigger like 0ga.
