I think one of my Stereo Integrity BMs would be just about perfect. It has an rms rating of around 500 rms and is Dual 4 - which can run at 2 ohms. Also, it will only cost you around $160 shipped depending on where you are. Let me know.

Type r would love that power, don't really require a big box and is less then 1/2 your budget. The new idq v3 when it comes out should also be a good option.

Lol I am considering an SI bm. I thought it looked just like a db500 but i figured since tc quit making them it was something else. The pg is ok just not very musical to me.

In looking at CDT I would ask DjDilliodon. In my experience with him I have found him to be honest in his evaluation of products that he sells. (I knoe he sells CDT, but I am not sure if he actually sells CDT subs or not).
