Good Mid Range/Bass 6.5"

what are some good midrange/midbass speakers, i am wanting to mainly use for more bass and some midrange speakers for my rears, what are some good speakers. I am not wanting to spend more that 100.00 for a pair, i don't need subs, i already have them, this is just to cover the rears and get more bass in the rears. i don't have 6x9 slots so those wont work

For your budget? Cadence. I have a pair of PHD FB mids in right now that have some killer midbass and buttery midrange, but they're 100/each, not per pair.

I have been using Silver Flute 6.5's from Madisound. $30 each. Good build quality, beefy, and they sound darn good both as a dedicated midbass down to 50Hz or as a midrange running 80-6kHz. The aren't underhung so you want to eliminate some low end if you want them to sound clean as a midrange/fullrange.

now that i have my Hertz speakers I have moved the Flute's to some home theater monitors.

if your rears are in the rear deck and you have trunk subs (sedan) you need to put an enclosure around the rear deck speakers or the pressure from the sub will destroy them.
