back the original question....

you need a removable face...may i ask why? eclipse (when purchased from an auth dealer) has a 1 year theft replacement warranty...and the newer models have ESN capability, rendering the HU worthless if stolen anyway....

Well i know about that, tell that to my buddy who got his window smashed and dashboard torn apart. He got his head unit back but lost his car for 2 days for repair.No thanks

Yea that sucks major ballz...it was just a question/suggestion. Theres upsides and downsides to everything, but its a risk you gotta take when putting in ANY aftermarket HU.
