therefore, what kind of woofers are good metal subs, are the RE SX any good (15 inch version...)??? i get RE for a good price and kinda like the way they look...

also been considering Ground Zero, FI, Pioneer (TS-W5102SPL, TS-W8102SPL). . . kinda wants a 15 inch, or more like a........wall of 15 inches.. . . .

have plenty of room to work with and enough experience and beer to build a optimal enclosure..

i am stuck on this fookin rock called Norway and SI mag is nowhere to be found here.... 99,9999999999999% of people havent heard of them... therefore, i look for more mainstream brands...

i also thought that,but it sound fvkin tight in that video... i have 5-6 k rms to play with, would i be able to build a wall consisting of 4 L7 and still having hopes on hearing something other than just wind wankin my brain...

second option, screw the metal, buy a RE MT and join the bassrace scene... tempting.....

videos can be deceiving, they dont pick up the bass like you're really hearing it

I've heard good things about ID for SQ-heavy applications like heavy metal. People don't think of metal as SQ intensive, but when you think about how fast a double bass pedal hits, you need crisp tight response.
