Good for me? Whats good for you?
...and with that, the only thing you will be "beating" is your meat..
I LOL'd....with my mouth and everything.

OP, I heard a setup with a new Mofo 15 on about 800wrms and it was very unimpressive. At the time I had a tC with an SQ setup consisting of a couple Dayton HO10s which are not loud subs on about 400rms each and my setup was louder than his to the ear and sounded a million times better. I'm with @Flex68 ; on this one, save up some cash and do it right the first time. I wish I'd done that with my first setup.

Not bad!

Agreed, but then he will have to have a proper enclosure and the amp to power them. Hard to get there with polished rocks and seashells, unless you gots a Native American CA connection
I had to repost for him. Those 12's are 2ohm impedance so they will NOT work with his amp. The single 12 however that quackhead and I recommended would be a perfect match for his amp.

yup..with that amp, the only difference between a $75 sub and a$750 sub will be how much you pay for it. Study some more, figure out how much power you can run and how much you will have to spend to run that power. You can buy a 2500 watt amp for $500, but then you will more than likely spend at least another $500 on building up your vehicles electrical so it can properly support it. A good start would be look for a Class D amp in the 750-1000 watt RMS bracket that would not require more that maybe some wiring upgrades( i have no idea what this stuff is going in). And then look for a sub or subs that will handle that power at whatever impedance the amp makes that power......in the mean time, that Boston I suggested would be a decent match for that amp, and when you are ready, you can sell the thing on C/L and prolly get at least your money back.

...or the E 15 would work too and leave you enough to build a good ported box..lol.

just my .02

The 400W setup that quackhead and you found/recommended is solid enuff, for sure.

I got the impression that his post about wanting "slamin' bass" meant he was just never going to be satisfied with the little bit he could push on that cheap amp he has....

as you can see..not many options for bass now and use what you have. You really should think about the future too.. You can get some bass now with some of your cash, and plan and save for the good stuff. Do it right the first time. Plan on spending $600 or so, if buying new online, just for a reliable daily set -up in the 1000w rms range. That is 1 good 1k amp and 1 good 1000w sub, or 2 good 500w subs, box and wiring....that is, if you build the box.

Yea, thanks for the help! I will get the SA e, and run that on my amp for now. I should have been more clear, I only have $200 now, i am spending that almost totaly on the speaker. i am selling my truck, and hope to have $400-800 to play with after that. THEN, buy a SOLID amp.
