Its pretty impressive ! I even get a little wind wiper dance too ! When I get tired of all this BIG crap I will pron run two to two 10s or 12 and get my interior back lol and @ 159 bucks I doubt there is anything that compares and its seems to be as tough as my 900.4 too and there so small.

I may just pick one up and run a single xfl 12 for a bit, just for the hell of it for the price.I like my 900.4 also,but love the zed micros a bit better.I picked those pair up when Vertex had those @200x1 for midrange/a pair.

So for budget build I'm between this amp, the vfl hybrid, abcl 1500, and shark 2500 (can get for 180 new)

this is going on two vfl 8's or if I decide to go cheaper on the build, two xd 8's - again, birthday present and it simply needs to be louder than his current setup (planet audio 10" in a ghetto prefab box on a pyle amp) and possibly the system I built for his son (HDS2 10 and a alpine 500w I had laying around)

Then I'll either A) get my opti 4k fixed or sell it off as is and buy a smaller amp and call it good. I miss my zcon 18's but no room for big builds anymore.

I think you will be happy with the PPI, or the AB 26801d..Either amp will be great,and I would suggest two hds210s or a single HDS310 will out perform what he presently has for the money

Figured two 8s on more power should do the trick. Biggest difference is the 8's will be under a seat and the 10" is in a proper box.

Then I have to have something my in crew cab under seat that's louder than both so I'm not being outperformed. lol.

Ha Ha Ha..Yes sir you have some homework going on here..Lol..Two 8s may not do the trick if not in a decent spec enclosure even if you place more power on them,compared to the SQ HDS210 in the proper enclosure..Thats a hard one to determine without experiencing in itself.You may be able to raise the rear seat 2 1/2"-3" to make room for a pair of 10s in the Crew cab??If you have the room??I raised my seat in my Xcab 98 chevy 3"and was able to get 2-1k rms tens under there firing forward ports forward,and did pretty decent..But subs up and port up was better with seat removed getting a better cuft box built.I like 10s and 12s myself..I tried some 8s and went right back to 10s

Those HDS210s are pretty stought..My 310s slamm pretty good on 1400-1500 rms in 4.0cuft @32

I did two sa8's in a civic with a box designed by dave the box guy.. put it on 1800w and it destroyed the car lol, it was deadened like a mofo too.

Raising the seats in my buddies ride isn't an option sadly.. the saving grace here is having double the power on the 8's than the 10 lol.. I'm sure we can get it louder than the 10. I think I can squeeze the recommended box size under the seat. I'm wondering if down-firing the subs on something solid will be better than facing forward? Off to search lol

A good pair of 8s may do it in a good ported enclosure/should..but its all about the enclosure for sure especially if the 210 is in a good enclosure,it still may out perform the 8s..I dont know man..I think it would be close..maybe?I really dont know

Well, things are going to get changed up here lol.. I'm ordering the Soundqubed 2200 that was just posted on here as long as seller replies with paypal addy. That on some 8's should do the trick.. may have to look into higher powered 8's now. o.o

Ive never liked down firing into the carpet..seems like there is nothing to reflect off of/deadening straight down into the carpet,loosing output..I think downfiring on a 1/2",even 3/8" plywood would be better than carpet given some better direction of the soundwave than deadening carpet.

I agree, remember I did the threatcoms 12s down firing into carpet and they ******, sounded like they were down firing into carpet lol

Money was just sent for Soundqubed 2200.1

Should be better than the CT 1400.1 I hope.

Should give some 8's a decent amount of power.
