Good cheap digital voltmeter

Well for a while now ive been wanting a digital volt meter for my car. Well I stumbled across this on Egay and thought what the hell its only 5.00 shipped. After getting it I must say I really surprised it is as nice as it is. well enough of my shit now on to the links and picks.

does it refresh often so you can actually see the constant voltage fluctuation, I bought one similar to that on ebay from hong kong and it sucked.

Wish i knew how accurate it is. I have a stinger fuse holder with a digital readout and it is over 1.5 volts off and over 20 amp off. IMO stinger meters ****

We use ours for the wifes Vespa so she knows when to turn down her heated gear and for my sports touring bike.

Well i didn't get to test it today it rained all day. And call me a wuss if you want but working on electrical in the rain just didn't seam to be a good idea. TWS says its going to turn in to snow by Friday so i might get around to testing it then. and yes the 12.39 was at the amp as well as the 14.53
