good call?

hey guys i got a sealed box for 2 12"hx2rf3112 with a memphis 1100w amp. was that a good call. when i get enough money i will get another memphis amp and have one going to each sub. my main concern was the box. i heard sealed is for better quality and ported for louder. did i make the right choice
