Good budget 12's for sealed enclosure?

I need some reccomendations for budget 12's that do well in sealed boxes.

my kicker solo classics work nice in sealed still give a good output and only need 600 watts, i like them for sealed anyways

the best i can come up with so far is a pair of RE REX 12's on a kenwood ampp (500RMS @ 2 ohms), which would run about $190

thats perfect. You would probably get better performance in a ported box, but thats a great deal for 250

tell him to save some more. seriously. i dont understand the general publics idea of sub stage is always 2 12's.

although you could do a single 8 or 10 but then wiring and box, actually scratch that its not possible.

I just got 4 Tidal Audio 12s (ID OEMS) from woofersetc.com. They sound pretty **** close to the Image Dynamics ID. Only thing I wish they were a little louder on the lower freq.

Those run ~80 shipped a piece, but if you email them through ebay they WILL go down in price like 5 dollars each.

And I don't think they make single VC REs anymore, do they? If not, then you will need an amp that has power at 1 or 4 ohms.

have owned both, now my friend has it in his eclipse in a 2^3 35hz and it sounds really good, and is loud enough to flex the windshield.

IA 187 and a profile amp. build the box yourself and you should have a few bucks left over for a couple beers.
