PowerAcoustik/SPL/etc cheap brands exist, but the above amps are the only ones I'd recommend.

You can get a killer amp used for $200 though. I prefer new stuff, because I trust very few... but there are alot of good installers on this site selling, so you'll probably be fine if the seller's reputable.
