Because I do not like Boss Audio equipment....I would do without until I could save for a better built amp.

2 very small, yet significant indicators:

A) it is not CEA compliant..this can be overlooked in a few cases.

B) it would require at least 150A fusing to be able to produce the total rms power it claims.
