im looking to buy one from ebay but the store mostly has boss are these good

Boss is terrible. If you are on a budget, I would suggest at the minimum Hifonics. What type of amp/subs are you looking for?

well i have a 15.4 Cerwin vega vmax

and i want a mono amp im trying to find for real cheap on ebay ive found many but not many good brand names

and at between 600-1000 watts @ 2 ohms

You can get a Hifonics amp for around $150 1K w........ Cheap and good should not be in the same sentence. If you don't have the money to do it right the first time then my suggestion would be to just sasve up some more and then get what you want.
