Good amp recommendation to power SLX 265's?

Hey guys Im about to get a pair of Rainbow SLX 265's:yumyum: for my frontstage, and im going to be moving my CDT Cl-61a's to the rear for rearfill....right now im giving them 110rms with my kicker 650.4

My question is...I have read all over here about how these rainbows can take 150w all day, I possibly want to get a better amp than the kicker 650.4 to power BOTH the Rainbows, and CDT's.(Since I can only give the rainbows 120w with the kicker). I can probably get about $150 shipped for the kicker amp, what are your recommendations for upgrading this amp? I know its a solid amp so ANY input would be appreciated.

SHould I upgrade? or should I just stick with the 650.4?
