Good Amp kit

Hi I am planning to install some woofers in my car right now I have 2xJensen 375W 12", 3XPioneer 600W 10" and 1XVisonik 3000W 15" I want to sell all those but I am not sure if they work fine, but also I am going to buy 2XMA audio 10000W 15"woofers, you can get it here in my town for like 100 bucks a pair, I am going to buy a budget amp to test the jensen, pioneer and visonik subs, and later on I will take care of the 2 MA`s, but I want to buy an amp install kit to test those subs, also how much max watts do you think I need to test that 3000W?

In short words

I need an amp kit to test those woofers and

I need and amp to test those ones, the amp should be a budget I am not planing on keeping it.
