Good amp for Type R?

on a budget? Look no further, Hifonics may just have what you're looking for. Sound like a sales man? creepy...
If you can locate a Orion 1200d or a Hifonics BX1606d.

Like this http://ikesound.com/product-product_id/4369

If you have a bit more to spend (That's recommendid) look at a kicker 1200.1 or a Fosgate T10001bd.
Can that amp be used for both subs, or would I have to buy two of those? Kind of a noobie question, but I am not sure, so, fire away //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I currently have one MA689i amp which, according to the site, can give off 800 watts at one channel bridged. Could I just get another one of the 689i, and get some good power? Would 800 to each sub be too much?

The RMS for Type R's is 500 though, wouldn't 800 be overpowering them? I don't want to get them, thne have to go back to my MA's right away
well umm lets just say that my type R will be getting 1400 watts from my hifonics bx1500d, if you use hte search you will see the type R has good power handling capabilities.

It's not really over powering them, when your amp isn't producing the power to over power them;)

If you wish to purchase another MA that will work fine. Your amps will not produce 800 watts. So the Alpine will be fine.
