good amp for two rlp 15's

I would get dual 2-ohm subs and run the SAZ-1500D at .5 ohm. From what I've read here on the forum, it does fine at .5 ohm daily. That should give each speaker over 1000watts.

If you go that route, you are not covered under the warranty.
