Good Amp for 2 Resonant Engineering RE8s

What is a good Amp for 2 resonant engineering RE8 subwoofers? They have dual 4 ohm voice coils and 175 w rms and 250w peak. I was tinking of getting a Diamond Audio D3400.2 2 Channel Amp, which is 200w rms x2 at 2 ohm. I just wanted to make sure this was a good amp that would fit my application.

I have one other question. The two subwoofers will be about 3 feet apart. One behind the drivers seat and the other behind the passanger seat. How do I make it so the two subwoofers are in phase as the sound wave reaches my ear? I have a 91 MR2 if your wondering why I don't put them together in my trunk

Thanks

Jeff

MTX TA5302...I've been impressed with the new MTX amps thus far...I've got a birthsheet on this amp, rated at 300x1@4 ohms bridged, did ~425 IIRC.

Or something like a Kicker 250.2/350.2 would work well.
