Good alternative to Sundown??? 2000w rms

If there was an "alternative" to Sundown that was of the same specs at a lower price, people would be all over it.

I agree. But some people buy just for the name. I.E....Fanboys

Sundown is not the ONLY way to go, though some think it is. Im just looking for something a little more in my price range that is till just as dependable and does clean, rated power.

I lucked up on 4 1500Ds a while ago. Before that I had the AQ2200D. NEVER had an issue with it at all. I used it for maybe 8-9 months. I took it out because I changed setups. Price was an issue for me as well at the time. Best deal going IMHO is the AQ3500 for 549. BNIB with a 1 year warranty. But if 12 volt ratings are what sells you on an amp, just save up for the Sundown. You already have the 4 channel so you won't have to go through the bother of finding a matching 4 channel. You could also check DB-r and I saw Jacob post saying that he had a few used 2000s. And though I haven't heard much of anyone using them, DC has a 1, 2, and 3k amp also. May want to look into those too.

Already talkd to Jacob.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

The only reason I asked for something that was rated at 12 volts is bc I currently dont have the electrical to support 2000+ watts. Gonna get an XS Power or Kinetik batt after I get the amp. HO Alt is a LONG way down the road.

Have you browsed the Audio Control DSPs, like the DM608?
