Good 6x8 Component Set Wanted

I have a ranger but it has the same exact speakers in it. I'm going with 6 1/2" components and just making an adapter out of mdf. Much better sound out of round speakers and opens up your options a lot more. Just something to think about.

if you must have 6x8 components, alpine did make type r 6x8's a few years back.

6.5's will sound better the phoenix gold rsd65cs are the speakers i really wanted... everyone is really lovin those right now. unfortunately i cant get em in my door without the interior lookin like crap... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif anyway heres the link for the pg's, you might be able to find em cheaper on ebay though. good luck with the install!!

your stock speakers can be your adapter template. trace, cut, measure for new speaker.
