dc 2.0 for a bit more , same with a vfl 120.1 ,or a vfl 4480 for 320 ,saz 2500 for a bit more most of these amps will be around $500 new .you can get a good amp from one of the vendors here.the re amp isn't that good ,better than the hifonics but not much better .

I can Vouch for the 4480.1d..I have 2, and they shell out some really nice clean power for the money,and a space saver type amp as well.Great Amp!

I think im going to go with the Vfl 4480. If the guy wires it to one ohm. Is 1 ohm the best for just a regular listener or the dd 2512s its not going to be used at contests. And do I need a bigger altenator its going in a 04 chevy 1500 avalanche with one battery or can I get away with buying another battery

Running daily will be just fine,no need to feel like ohm loads are for comp only,getting the most out of the component that you buy for your money,is always best.Just be sure that you have gotten the BIG3 done, and a great AGM battery or two.The 4480.1d, is compact, and one hEll of an amp.I believe that @mylows10 said he ran it at .5ohm stable in one of his setups.Great amp,very powerful, and well made.

The Db Drive Pd2000.1 is a beast 2k if you can find one that works. They are very underrated amps. Put out roughly 2500rms rising to 1.77 ohm(2460rms) on 12.9v. others show 3k+ @ .5ohm....

i did run mine at ,5 ohms daily ,was very loud to.you can order the 4480 from me if you like ,it will be new and have a full warranty
