gonna order recone from atomic for xxx need help

K so i call and talkt o them for awhile and i dont think i can get a recone....there spiders are bolt on know i think idk......well the lady said i would have to send my sub in so that they can recone it. Is there a way i can just tell her all my specs so that she can send the recone?? idk she was really hard to understand and wasnt making much sense to me. I think that xxx's have 3 inch vc's and the atomic apx has 3 " vc. but im not sure help me out guys.....
