Going to buy a HU for $200

i dont mind it being from ebay or used or w/e...

but if i got say an eclipse CD4000 .. am i going to see a very noticeable difference between my factory stock HU:

Kenwood MPV622

and something like the cd 4000?

if so.. is there anything a little better out there than the cd3000 in my price range? i dont really need a navigational system, but i do want it to be ipod ready.

also want subwoofer control
