going nuts with fibreglass need help!

im running 5 amps which im running a rack around my trunk and then 5 12's on the floor how do i even start to build this thing.?

That is a pretty vague question. There are a million ways to start. First design it and make sure it will function and sound correctly. Then come up with a plan and move forward.
