Going below 20hz?

Like the previous guy said the hearing range of most people is ~20hz to 20khz or something like that. Most normal music doesn't have a 20 hz tone... in fact there is only one that i can think of and it's a bass CD. "Bass Ryder"... i forget which cd i got if off of. And If you are using a ported box your subs will begin to distort by the time you hit 20hz... If you don't have a SSF on. Sub Sonic Filter BTW

I've got a set of mbquart 12's, SEALED, rated down to 18htz. I've played a bass mekanik cd on them and I can hear MAYBE 20htz. The cd plays every tone from 10-up. At 10 you cant hear anything, but everything moves and the seats in my truck rattle. Starting at about 17-18 I can sence/hear some sound.

SOME rap tracks have some low tones, around 20 as mentioned, I found a few that may hit the 18 mark, its hard to tell without a meter or something.
