Goin crazy over new amp decision

So i wanna run either one 2000-2500rms amp or two 1000-1200rms amps to power my new build consisiting of (currently thinking) (4) DD 1508's. There 500rms a piece and hear they can take a little more so im not too worried about going over 500rms. This DD rep wants me to buy two of his amps at $490 a piece..doesnt sound good enough to me. So what do you suggest for a amp 2000-2500rmsx2ohms or two amps running 1000-1200rmsx2ohm. I could go 1ohm but theres a 20 service charge or some shit per sub to get it dvc2ohm and dvc1ohm. Let me know what you think..

well if 1 ohms was a possibility i would recommend running 2 aq2200d's. they can handle 1000rms.

there 389 shipped. u could give them 500 watts each if u wanted to go that route u could do 2 aq1200d's there 250 shipped. that'd be givin em 600 each.

Does the 2200 have 0g inputs?? It would be nice if they had more pics and specs of the amp. Im assuming the 1200 only has 4g inputs from the pic. Thanks for the input. Anyone else??

you can do a set up of 2 aq1200s or 2 ed NINE.1s an run a pair of subs on each amp, they'll be at 1ohm. (if the subs are dual 4ohms)

ever consider a distro block with 1 gauge in and 2 4 gauge out. if needed of course cuz wire size really shouldnt even be a concern since theres ways such as a distro block to fix that issue

2 sundown SAZ1500 's strapped together.

the 2 amps split the ohm load.

if you have 2 ohms, they will put out 3000w rms

if you have 1 ohm, they will put out 4500w rms

Go with Audioque. My 1200D has yet to even get warm. Beefy amp with a little footprint. It only takes in 4 awg though, that shouldn't matter with a distribution block though.
