they basically just explained their policies and told me what I could do to help my case. I followed through with everything they told me and one day I had all my money back in my account. It took about a month after ther item was delievered though. I also had to escalate the claim against me lol. The guy never responded to the escalated claim or brought any evidence to the table so I guess they just sided with me
