paypal sucks

i use paypal all the time and I can testify that they do ****. if you take payment and the other person gets item and that's the end, paypal works great. if someone disputes something paypal will always give the buyer their way even if you have undisputed evidence to show otherwise.

i hate to be the bearer of bad news but paypal is attached to your bank account, they will pull it directly from your bank account in 5 days if your balance is brought back to $0.

thats why you close the account at the bank and cancel the cc on pp also or they will get you.

if you didn't use the shipping feature through paypal, you're pretty much screwed. even though you have shipped and have delivery confirmation paypal is still gonna dick over you b/c you didn't use them to ship out.

I was scammed out of an imac and didnt pay PP till 4-5 months later. Never did they pull nething out of me account without my authorization. its illegal

no but paypal WILL send collection agencies after you if you try to close it, w/e phone number and info you had on the account when you close it theyll use it to find you,

also when you call in to paypal, make sure your using the phone number you provided for your account, they have a tracking system and they'll make you put in a bunch of passwords (SSN ) and crap before you get to the main talk menu

i had all communication between me and a buyer, also had signiture confirmation from USPS that he got it. dude disputed it with paypal and paypal still gave him money and I was out of everything. I had to get a friends dad (lawyer) involved for me to get my money back.

I ll be pissed if they just take 625 out of my account as that would hurt me very much.

So y'all suggesting me to pay back 625 to get out of trouble with collections or credit score?

Actually I will just give them a call tomorrow and see what i can do with my proof of shipment, but I am sure that I am screwed tho
