If you built a frame for the screen they would be uniform? All you have to do is smooth them down with a dremmel or something and your good. You need to have a pretty steady hand though, you don't need a TON of experience, but you'll want to have some time under your belt.

If I'm way off base on what your asking pics would definately help me figure it out.

hmm. basically a small file or sand paper on a block would work. but its not gonna be easy. you are gonna have to fill it with bondo and sand back until you get them perfect.

gonna be a bish + 1\2 to do.

and i was only joking monte //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

That was Azn, the other PA tool, i mean fan.

(That too was, in fact, a joke)

dead link =\

go to autozone and get duplicolor truckbed liner (blue can with a black top and a picture of a red truck with a black truckbed)

nice speckeld black look to it. do one thick coat over the whole thing, wait 5~10 minutes, do another thin\speckle coat from 12~15" away and let dry for a few days //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
