Getting two 15's

I've decided to get two 15's, I just don't know which ones are the loudest. I want them to be loud as hell but still have good sq. Also I was wondering if I should port the box when I build it and another thing is what kind of amp/amps do I need to power the 15's. If you know of any good tweeters throw them in the post as well cause I need some of those too.

Yeah you remember my old topic and I finally decided on two 15's because I just got my jeep yesterday. And the price is about right, I'm trying to go for quality rather than getting just the average stuff. Also if you know of any good cd/mp3 players list them too cause I still need one of those as well. And I was looking at the list that you posted and thinking about those Incriminator Death Penalty 15's, but they are 599 a piece and I don't know if I want to spend that much money unless I know they are **** good. But feel free to post whatever you think would be a good system.
