Getting Pioneer Premier DEH-P780MP

So yeah paycheck is in and I'm looking into getting the 780mp, a little bit over what I wanted to spend on a head unit. So am I getting my money's worth into this thing or what? Is there anything I should really be looking at instead for the price of $309 (getting from sonicelectronix.com), I don't want to do eBay so call me a jackass if you'd like but I prefer a 2 year warranty from a guaranteed company than guessing if I'm going to be recieving the headunit through eBay and not getting a warranty on top of that. So yeah, pros & cons please. Maybe even better prices and guaranteed service sites?

edit: I did use the search but the most I found was the pause button sucks, everyone thinks you should buy the 880prs instead, and some don't like the uni controller

Actually THe pause button isnt that hard to use once u get use to it. Just double click multi knob . Mute on the other hand...

got the pemier 860 and love it i know you will like yours too it does take so time to get use to the dame c.d player:crap: but it worth it

I have a 780 and think its a great deck... and easy to set up and use. I personally like the one nob control... but honestly i hardly ever touch the deck itself.. steering wheel controls ftw..
