Getting New Amp and Sub, Need Some Recommendations

I don't know too much about systems,

I bought my car and it already had one in it,

but i bought my car because it is turbo and AWD, not because of the system.

Anyway my stuff got stolen and I need to replace it.

I was thinking of probably an 12" Alpine Type-R, maybe even a Type-X.

What kind of amp do you recommend for powering an R or an X?

Price isn't too big of an issue right now.

Also any recommendations on an enclosure for the sub?
