Can they get a warrant though? I don't think I did anything that would constitute a warrant. Maybe I'll deny even having a laptop at all. My boss uses one, too. I could just say it was him, but he'll just say it was me, and they'll take his word over mine.

Look man, the less you seem to hide, the more likely to keep your job. You ain't gotta do a full format (unless your bosses are very tech-savvy) just delete all incriminating evidence. Show them you only use your laptop out of preference. Also, is that wireless router yours? Or did you make the company buy it?
