What is the best way to get the bass out of my trunk, it has non-folding rear seats no ski pass and it doesn't really have any open areas in the rear deck lid. My car is a 1972 Pontiac GrandVille 2 dr ht thanks for any suggestions.

Yes I do have kids and I kind of wanted to make it look close to stock just in case I ever sold the car, the tube from the window sound interesting are we talking about makeing like a port in the rear deck lid?

So how do you port your back deck and keep in nice looking, next question is this going to increase the chances of me lossening the rear window, with the bass hitting against it?

remove the rear carpet piece cut a square port in ur rear deck then either install the back piece or cut a hole in that too for even better results i did this on my 73 impala but i had the port connected to the sub encloosure i think ur car has a huge back deck too, i could put 6 6x9"s in mine and the port it was so big

careful cutting the hole though i would not use a jig saw cause the vibration might be too much for the seal on the rar window doubt it would break it, i used a jigsaw once on a 83 caddy i was porting the deck and adding holes for tweeters ended up the rear window seal came loose on the bottom and he had to get it re-sealed
